The Zoning Administrator, Amber Soter, assists community members with obtaining permits and administers and enforces the Development Regulations for the Town of Fairfax. The Zoning Administrator staffs the Development Review Board (DRB) that oversees subdivision applications, site plan applications for commercial uses, and a variety of other land use permits. DRB Meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each Month at 7PM. The Administrator also staffs the Planning Commission that develops the Town's land use plans and recommends changes to the Development Regulations. Planning Commission meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each Month 7PM.
